MODIFICATIONS
The most popular modifications for Funs seem to be the fitting of an enclosed back such as the Air Design one previously shown on the Czech owned cars, or a Truckman. I have seen three different variations to these, all of which were at Stanford Hall, May 2005.
The second most popular mod’, is the larger alloy wheels. Hundreds of different types are available; just get the brochures, chose, buy and fit.
Air Design, which replaced the front brakes with vented discs, also fitted discs instead of the rear drums.
Headlamp modifications are quite rare, I just got lucky in finding the quads.
Engine modifications are next, because it’s a Volkswagen derived engine, you can fit as many go faster bits as you can afford.
Finally paint jobs, not many about, but a Dutch registered one was shown in the Skoda Owners Club GB Magazine in the summer 2003 edition, the golden one was seen on eBay and the second one was seen in Peterborough.
